We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. Virzo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
